Elixir Comfort

Comforting Beverages made with Traditional Tonic Herbs and Adaptogens

In these modern times, our bodies and minds can become overwhelmed with the ever-changing challenges of the world.

But, there are ways to help the body respond to the stressors that we encounter in our day-to-day lives.

Elixir Comfort brings traditional Asian wisdoms and current scientific knowledge together for beautifully crafted beverages, that support a protective approach to overall well-being.

What’s an elixir?

An elixir is a tasty way to consume adaptogens and tonic herbs that help defend against the effects of the world's stressors….we also believe they should be comforting.

What are tonic herbs?

Tonic herbs help to maintain and sooth the function of the adrenal glands and nervous system, many of the stressors we encounter do the opposite. For example, coffee has been known to tax the adrenal glands and nervous system.

What are adaptogens?

Adaptogens help the body to adapt to and resist environmental influence and imbalance. They may positively affect and support several areas and subjects such as sexual virility, athletic ability, energy level, mental well-being, and physical beauty.

Adaptogens have the amazing characteristic of dual directional function. This means, one adaptogen can support and balance an overacting or underacting system, either sedating or stimulating, according to how a body is responding to stressors.
